Ramada Airport Hotel Prague

Fairly clean place and responsive staff, greatly enjoyed quiet location. I asked for superior room with a nice breakfast and drinks and bathroom facilities, had a very very good stay. The service was excellent...

Excellent service and a reasonably priced restaurant, available onsite. Huge, silent rooms with a nice breakfast. More than adequate and savoury breakfast options.

The free shuttle service was a lifesaver for my early flight, and the staff's friendly gestures made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, providing a restful retreat before my journey.

Its rooms are great with a large king-size bed and sofa and excellant mattresses. The cost is US$ 120.

It was nice and new in the rooms and it was close enough to the airport for us as we had a car but one would have to take a taxi outside of the shuttle times. It was in a very quiet area..

The restaurant did not have a great selection and was quite pricey for the experience. The airport shuttle did not start early enough to accomodate our flight plan.

The free shuttle was super convenient and made catching my flight easy. I treated myself to a great massage and enjoyed unwinding in the cozy room. The beds were a bit firm for my taste, but overall, it was a nice spot to rest for the night 😊

This hotel was in a great location for our last night in Prague. We had an 8:15 morning flight so we wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel is at terminal three, which is a short drive to terminal one and our flight.

I wish the breakfast buffet was served a half hour earlier. We weren't able to stay for it and make our 8:15 flight.

The hotel is not at the airport. It is some minutes away located in an isolated area where there is no other facilities. When we called the hotel from the airport, the receptionist told us they would send the shuttle for us. We stood in the meeting point for 25 minutes and it never appeared. When we called to complain the receptionist said the shuttle driver had been waiting for us and as he had not seen you he left... no comments... We had to take public transport (the only shuttle had gone to Prague), the bus stop was quite far from the hotel, the neighbourhood was dark, there was no room service, no place to have dinner, rude staff. If you are planning to stay at Prague Airport, spend just 15eur extra and stay closer...

Recommend it for a quick stay

The night before my flight, I got early check-in which was real nice. They drove me to a nearby mall, and I got cash easy peasy. Quiet vibes in the room made it easy to rest before I had to go in the morning.

Not the cheapest option, but not bad either.

The room is very clean and the front desk is helpful.

1. Although the room I stay is very quite and clean, it does not provide some basic amenities in the bath room such as tooth brush, tooth paste, tap water cups, ... etc. 2. I stayed in the top floor (i.e., the 3rd floor), I experienced a serious problem when I pushed the elevator button and tried to take the elevator button down to the reception (1st) floor, there was no response at all for all the elevators. They were just not moving and the elevator never went up and opened for 20 minutes or so. Next, I called the front desk, she said it was ok. But the problem persisted. Later, I asked her to go up and double checked the problem. Somehow, the problem was solved a few minutes later. However, I got no reasonable response the hotel what exactly the problem was!

Free airport shuttle bus. Really big pillows on the beds. Cleanliness. Helpfulness of staff.

The prices of minibar and restaurant were a bit excessive for this level of hotel. Although the food in the restaurant was very good quality.

The hotel staff was professional, pleasant, positive and even cheerful. The room was perfect. I liked it that I could partly open the wondow and receive fresh air, but the climate control was also excellent. Wireless internet is included in the room fee. A breakfast was prepared for me due to my early morning departure. The room rate was fine, competitve, and below the other major hotels which were coser to the two primary terminals. I think the hotel location is fine and close enough to terminals one and two. The shuttle van was ready when I needed it. The 119 bus to the city is only 100 meters from the hotel. Perfect. For these reasons I returned for my second stay at the Prague Airpot Ramada Inn and will return again on future trips.

Transportation to the airport, politness of the staff

We visited the Czech Museum of Music, fantastic, and then spent a fun day at a nearby sports club where we enjoyed the golf simulator and sauna. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient, and the rooms were clean and quiet.

One downside was the reception. The staff member was not cute and seemed uninterested in helping us, made check-in a bit awkward.

The reception stuff was very friendly and helpful, moreover most of the hotel stuff spoke Russian, which is great for me. WiFi internet free of charge everywhere, airport shuttle also for free. Very good stay.
